Cooking Matters at the Store tours empower shoppers to make better choices.
Participants learn about:
Cooking Matters at the Store tours ends with a $10 Challenge. We give participants a gift card and turn them loose to practice the skills they've just learned by buying a healthy meal for a family of four, for under $10. Participants take home a booklet with recipes and shopping tips, a reusable grocery bag, and $10 worth of healthy groceries.

- Identifying three ways to purchase produce
